I am unfamiliar with downloading files from the Internet, how do I do it? |
 |
Downloading, or
transferring files from one computer to another, is easy. When you download, your computer
will receive files (usually in .zip format) from our server. Those files contain
everything necessary to install our software on your computer. |
| |
 |
What is a "zipped" file, and how do I open it? |
 |
A zipped file is an
archive with the file extension of .zip. Inside this archive are the files required to
install our program on your computer. By using an archive utility, you can open these zips
and selectively view (in the case of .txt files), or launch (in the case of .exe files)
the any of the files they contain. If you don't already have
an archive utility, we recommend using WinZip. |

Do I have to uninstall version 2.5 of my screen saver before I install version
3.xx? |
 |
No. Version 3.xx is a
completely new 32-bit graphics engine and can reside concurrently with previous versions.
Keep in mind, though, you will have two screen savers with the same name displayed under
the Screen Saver tab in your Display Properties dialog. |
| |
 |
I just purchased
one of your screen savers from your Online Store and received
the registration codes via e-mail. How do I enter the codes to unlock the screen saver? |
 |
The registration codes
are entered in the spaces provided under the Trail tab of
the Screen Saver Settings dialog. Click Here for more details. |
| |
 |
Every time my screen saver starts, my system locks up. What's
causing this? |
 |
Another program may be
interfering with the operation of your screen saver. Try uninstalling your screen saver,
then close all other programs that may be running, deactivate your anti-virus program and
re-install your screen saver. If it still doesn't work, e-mail
Technical Support. |
